FCレジデンシャル投資法人が第8期（平成21年10月期）決算を発表した。第8期は物件の取得はなし。賃貸事業収入の減少により前期比3%減益、1口当たり分配金は7,734円となった。第9期（平成22年4月期）は2%の減収を見込むも、支払利息の増加により35%減益、1口当たり分配金は5,044円となる見通し。
