FCレジデンシャル投資法人が第6期（平成20年10月期）決算を発表した。第6期はレジデンス3棟を売却。物件売却益688百万円計上される一方、売却した物件の賃貸収入がなくなること及びファイナンス関連費用増により、前期比10%減益、1口当たり分配金は23,998円となった。第7期（平成21年4月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため70%減益、1口当たり分配金は7,045円となる見通し。
