FCレジデンシャル投資法人（FCRI）が第6期（平成20年10月期）予想分配金を修正した。ファイナンス費用が当初予想を下回ったことから、1口当たり予想分配金は、従来予想比7.6%増の23,121円となる見通し。但し、FCRIの7月18日付プレスリリースによれば、FCRIの筆頭投資主であるプロスペクト・アセットマネジメントの保有投資口が47.62%となっている。仮に50%を超えた場合、税法上の導管性要件を満たさず配当の損金算入ができないため、法人税が発生し分配金が大幅減少する可能性がある。
