FCレジデンシャル投資法人が第5期（平成20年4月期）業績予想を修正した。稼働率が当初予想を上回ったこと及びファイナンスに関わる費用がなくなったことによるもの。第4期（平成19年10月期）同様に、上位投資主3社の投資口保有割合が現在50%を超えているため、税法上の導管性要件を満たさず、法人税費用を計上して業績予想を算出。従来予想比24.6%増益、1口当たり分配金は15,267円となる見通し。
