FCレジデンシャル投資法人が第4期（平成19年10月期）決算を発表した。第4期は税引前で前期比3%減益であったが、上位投資主3社が50%を越えたため、税法上利益の損金算入ができず、法人税費用146百万円が発生。このため、税引後利益は201百万円、1口当たり分配金は6,153円となった。第5期（平成20年4月期）業績予想も法人税計上を前提として算出。物件売却による売却益597百万円計上により、前期比99%増益、1口当たり分配金は12,249円となる見通し。
