FCレジデンシャル投資法人が10月19日に発表した大量保有報告の最新状況によれば、19日時点で投資主3社の保有割合が56.14%であることが分かった。9月28日発表時より下回っているものの未だ50%を超えているため、第4期(平成19年10月期)の権利付最終日である10月25日までに50%以下にならない場合、導管性要件を満たさず、第4期分配金は大幅に減少する可能性が高まってきている。
