FCレジデンシャル投資法人は、9月末現在の大量保有報告の経過状況を発表し、上位投資主3社の保有割合がさらに上昇していることが判明。10月末が第4決算期のため、権利確定日となる10月25日までに同割合が50%以下とならない場合、法人税が課税される可能性が生じる。
