FCレジデンシャル投資法人（FCRI）が、上位投資主3社による投資口保有割合が再び50%以上となったことを発表した。前回（4月20日）は、FCRIのスポンサーであるファンドクリエーションが、3社のうち2社より投資口を取得し、導管性を維持した。 その後、Prospect Asset Managementが追加取得を継続しているため、再び3社の保有割合が50%を超え、第4期（平成19年10月期）の分配金が減少する可能性が生じている。 FCRIは、導管性要件を満たすために、同社に対し一部売却を依頼しているという。
