FCレジデンシャル投資法人が第3期（平成19年4月期）決算を発表した。第3期は物件の取得はなく、第2期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期比6.5%増収となる一方、支払利息等費用増により0.8%減益、1口当たり分配金は10,959円となった。このまま推移すると、第4期（平成19年10月期）は減収減益、1口当たり分配金は10,005円となる見通し。
