FCレジデンシャル投資法人の上位3社保有口が50％以下へ

FCレジデンシャル投資法人(FCRI)は4月23日、スポンサー会社である(株)ファンドクリエーションが、20日に公表したFCRIの投資口保有上位3社のうち2社から合計700口取得したことを公表した。 この取引に伴い、大量保有報告書に基づく上位3社の保有口数が50%以下になるため、J-REIT初となる法人税負担発生は回避される見通し。但し、プレスリリースでは、法人税の導管性要件を満たしたかについて、確認作業中であり判明次第、報告するものとしている。
