ラサール ジャパン投資法人が第7期（平成21年4月期）決算を発表した。第7期は物件の取得はなし。支払利息の増加等により前期比18%減益、1口当たり分配金は8,238円となった。第8期（平成21年10月期）はさらに支払利息約36%増加を見込み、前期比18%減益、1口当たり分配金は6,700円となる見通し。続く第9期（平成22年4月期）1口当たり分配金は6,060円となる見通し。
