ラサール ジャパン投資法人が第5期（平成20年4月期）決算を発表した。第5期は、スポンサーがアセットマネジャーズグループからラサールインベストメントマネージメントへ交代し運用体制を変更するとともに、第三者割当増資、2棟取得及び1棟売却を実施。賃貸収益増及び物件売却益2億円が寄与し、前期比84%増益、投資口数90%増加により、1口当たり分配金は13,807円と前期を下回った。第6期（平成20年10月期）は、物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比24%減益、1口当たり分配金は10,500円となる見通し。続く第7期（平成21年4月期）の1口当たり分配金は8,500円となる見通し。第6期に続き減配の主要因は、上場時に調達した借入金255億円（金利0.8％程度）の借換を含め大半の返済時期が到来し、支払利息の大幅増加を想定しているため。
