イーアセット投資法人が第4期（平成19年10月期）決算を発表した。第4期は、レジデンス1棟及び商業施設1棟を取得し、前期比6.4%増収なるも、平成18年に取得した物件の固都税費用増等により、9.4%減益、1口当たり分配金は14,210円となった。第5期(平成20年4月期）は、オリジネーターが、アセット・マネジャーズグループから、ラサールインベストメントマネージメントへ交替するとともに投資方針を変更。商業施設2棟取得により前期比75%増益となるも、第三者割当増資に伴う投資口数90%増により、1口当たり分配金は13,100円となる見通し。
