イーアセット投資法人（EAI）の資産運用会社であるアセット・リアルティ・マネジャーズの全株式が、外資系不動産投資顧問会社ラサールインベストメントマネージメントインク（LIM）の日本拠点会社であるラサールインベストメントマネージメント(株)（以下、ラサール社）に売却される。これによりスポンサーであるアセット・マネジャーズ（AM）は実質上J-REITから撤退する。LIMは米国不動産大手ジョーンズラングラサールの中核企業として全世界で不動産ファンドを運営する企業。 これによりEAIは、ラサール社単独による運用となり、資産運用会社名称及び投資法人名称も変更予定。また、運用方針を従来の総合型から、オフィスビル・商業施設を主体とする方向へ変更する。併せて、第三者割当により投資口を発行する。発行口数は57,000口。割当先はLIMが出資する特定目的会社他全5社。これにより発行後の総投資口数は90%増の120,500口となる。228億円を調達し、以下の2棟取得資金に充当する。一方、AM社より取得したホテル1棟を売却。これにより第5期（平成20年4月期）業績予想を修正。従来予想比76%増益となるが、投資口増加が影響し、1口当たり予想分配金は13,100円となる見通し。
