イーアセット投資法人が「（仮称）アーバニス梅田豊崎PJ」を取得できない可能性を公表

イーアセット投資法人（EAI)が契約を締結し、取得予定としていた「（仮称）アーバニス梅田豊崎PJ」について、取得できない可能性が生じたことを公表した。要因は、EAIの取得予定価格1,850百万円を上回る1,950百万円で取得する意向を示す買主が登場したため。この要因によりEAIが取得できなくなる可能性については、4月25日のプレスリリースにおいても「3.取得予定資産の概要　特記事項」として公表済。
