イーアセット投資法人（EAI）が葛飾区のレジデンス（未竣工）を取得することを発表。EAIの開発型物件への取り組みは初。物件は、JR総武線「新小岩駅」駅前に、平成19年5月竣工予定の12階建て、低層階に店舗を併設するマンション。EAIは竣工後に取得し、パススルー型のマスターリースを締結する予定。
