イーアセット投資法人（EAI）がホテル・オフィスビル・商業施設を取得することを発表した。EAIのポートフォリオにホテルの組み入れは初となる。3棟ともに売り主はオリジネーターのアセット・マネジャーズのSPC。EAI上場後初の取得であり、これによってポートフォリオ全体の取得額は16%増の600億円となる。
