ジャパン・シングルレジデンス投資法人が第10期（平成22年7月期）決算を発表した。第10期は物件の取得はなし。6月21日にクレッシェンド投資法人と10月1日を効力日とする合併契約を締結。前期比0.8%増収となるも、リファイナンスに伴う支払利息及び融資手数料の増加、合併関連費用計上により、当期損失119億円、1口当たり分配金は0円となった。第11期は、10月1日CICとの合併（CICが存続し、JSRは解散する）により、運用期間が平成22年8月～平成22年9月迄の61日間となる。運用期間の短縮により前期比67%減収、また支払利息や融資手数料、合併関連費用により、当期損失129百万円、分配見合いの合併交付金はなし。
