ジャパン・シングルレジデンス投資法人が第9期（平成22年1月期）決算を発表した。第9期は物件の売買はなし。賃貸収入の減少及び修繕費の増加等により、前期比6%減益、1口当たり分配金は4,206円となった。第10期（平成22年7月期）は、0.6%増収となるも、3月返済期限の借入金202億円のリファイナンスに伴う支払利息及び融資手数料の増加を見込み82%減益、1口当たり分配金は750円となる見通し。
