ジャパン・シングルレジデンス投資法人が第8期（平成21年7月期）決算を発表した。第8期は物件の取得はなし。稼働率低下による賃貸収入の減少及び融資手数料の増加等により、前期比20%減益、1口当たり分配金は4,479円となった。第9期（平成22年1月期）は、賃貸収入の減少及び賃貸事業費用、融資手数料の増加を見込み、19.5%減益、1口当たり分配金は3,600円となる見通し。
