ジャパン・シングルレジデンス投資法人が第7期（平成21年1月期）決算を発表した。第7期は物件の取得はなし。稼働率の低下による賃貸収益の減少及び支払利息の増加等により前期比36%減益、1口当たり分配金は5,603円となった。第8期（平成21年7月期）は0.8%増収を見込む一方、支払利息の増加により15%減益、1口当たり分配金は4,750円となる見通し。
