ジャパン・シングルレジデンス投資法人が第6期（平成20年7月期）決算を発表した。第6期は、契約済みの物件が資金調達できず取得中止となったため、物件取得はなし。平成19年に取得した物件の固都税費用等により、前期比16%減益、1口当たり分配金は8,804円となった。第7期（平成21年1月期）は、支払利息等の費用増により36%減益、1口当たり分配金は5,600円となる見通し。
