ジャパン・シングルレジデンス投資法人が物件取得を中止

ジャパン・シングルレジデンス投資法人が、契約していた物件取得を中止することを発表した。取得中止した物件はG-CREST京都四条烏丸、取得予定価格は11億円。資金調達環境の悪化を背景に、予定していた資金を調達できなかったため、契約を失効した。
