ジャパン・シングルレジデンス投資法人（JSR）が第5期(平成20年1月期）決算を発表した。第5期は、レジデンス2棟を取得した。前期の物件売却益がなくなるも、賃貸収入増により前期比2.7%増、1口当たり分配金は10,498円となった。第6期（平成20年7月期）は、1棟取得により6.7%増収となるも、平成19年に取得した物件の固都税費用等により12%減益、1口当たり分配金は9,250円となる見通し。
