ジャパン・シングルレジデンス投資法人（JSR)のスポンサーの株主が昨年9月に続き再び変わることとなった。アパマンショップグループホールディングス（以下、アパマン）が、JSRの資産運用会社の筆頭株主であるインボイスRMの全株式を3月下旬に取得するための基本合意書を締結。このため、株式の移転が成就した場合に、アパマン社は実質的なスポンサーとなる。この場合、アパマンは、東京グロースリート投資法人の実質的なスポンサーでもあるため、同一スポンサーが同一用途（住居）を投資対象とする2つのREITを傘下に置く形となる。 なお現時点での合意内容ではインボイスRMの連結子会社の譲受範囲が今後の協議とされているため、連結子会社である資産運用会社が譲受範囲とならず、別のスポンサーが登場する可能性もある。
