ジャパン・シングルレジデンス投資法人が第4期（平成19年7月期）決算を発表した。第4期は、15棟の取得及び1棟の売却を行い、前期比44%増益となったが、投資口数64%増加により、1口当たり分配金は10,217円と前期比12%減となった。第5期（平成20年1月期）は、8.4%増収なるも、前期の物件売却益がなくなり、1.7%減益、1口当たり分配金は10,050円となる見通し。
