ジャパン・シングルレジデンス投資法人（JSR）が格付投資情報センター（R＆I）より格付けを取得した。JSRの格付けは初めて。格付けはA－。アウトルックは安定的。R＆I社によれば、単身者向け住宅の需要が今後高まること、スポンサーのインボイスRMが単身者向け住宅の開発・運営事業を行ってきたこと等を強みとする。一方、財務面にて借入金の変動比率の高さ等を課題と示す。
