ジャパン・シングルレジデンス投資法人が第3期（平成19年1月期）決算を発表した。第3期は4棟取得及び1棟売却を行い前期比5%増収となるも、支払利息等費用の増加により、2%減益、1口当たり分配金は11,638円となった。第4期（平成19年7月期）は、11棟の取得により42%増益となる一方、投資口22,000口の増加により、1口当たり分配金は10,036円となる見通し。
