ジャパン・シングルレジデンス投資法人が第1期（平成18年1月期）決算を発表した。第1期の実質的な運用日数は、上場日からの203日。上場時に17棟を取得後、9月に5棟のレジデンスの取得に伴い、上場時の予想に対して7%の増益、1口当たり分配金は10,408円となった。第2期からは、通常の6ヶ月の運用期間となる。9月取得の5棟の通期収益、5月取得予定2棟の収益を加算し、1口当たり分配金は10,700円となる見通し。
