プロスペクト・リート投資法人が第9期（平成22年1月期）決算を発表。第9期は物件の売買はなし。投資法人債のリファイナンスに伴う支払利息及び融資手数料の増加により前期比46%減益、1口当たり実績分配金は2,577円となった。第10期は、日本賃貸住宅投資法人との合併に伴い運用期間が平成22年2月～平成22年6月迄の5ヶ月間となる。運用期間の短縮及び支払利息の増加等により84%減益、1口当たり分配金は406円となる見通し。
