プロスペクト・リート投資法人が第8期（平成21年7月期）決算を発表した。第8期は物件の取得はなし。前期の物件売却損がなくなる一方、賃貸収益の減少及び融資関連費用の増加等により前期比19%減益、1口当たり分配金は4,826円となった。第9期（平成22年1月期）は、0.7%増収を見込む一方、支払利息及び融資関連費用の増加等により1.8%減益、1口当たり分配金は4,740円となる見通し。なお、10月9日償還期限の投資法人債50億円は、全額借換えを前提条件とする。
