プロスペクト・レジデンシャル投資法人（PRI）の資産運用会社であるプロスペクト・レジデンシャル・アドバイザーズ(株)が、証券取引等監視委員会より行政処分勧告を受けた。処分に至る事実関係は以下の3点。 ・利害関係人から取得する3棟を鑑定依頼する際、売り主の希望価格と同額以上で算定するよう鑑定業者に不適切な働きかけを行った。 ・利害関係人から取得する5棟の鑑定依頼には、複数の鑑定業者に売り主の希望価格を提示し、最高価格及び希望価格同等額を算定した鑑定業者を選定した。 ・上場時に物件鑑定を依頼する際、不適切な資料を提示する一方、必要な資料を提示しなかった。 これに対し、PRI及び資産運用会社は、法例遵守の徹底と、内部管理態勢を強化を図るとし、近く具体的な施策を発表する構え。
