プロスペクト・レジデンシャル投資法人が第4期（平成19年7月期）決算を発表した。第4期は、11棟の取得及び1棟の売却を行ったが、物件売却益の減少により前期比4.5%減益、1口当たり分配金は9,448円となった。第5期（平成20年1月期）は、第4期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、6.8%増収を見込むが、売却益がなくなるため、1.9%減益、1口当たり分配金は9,268円となる見通し。
