プロスペクト・レジデンシャル投資法人(PRI)は、(株)新日本建物(JASDAQ:8893)と6月1日にパイプラインサポート契約を締結し業務提携した。新日本建物は、首都圏を中心としてマンション分譲事業を行う。業務提携によって、PRIは、新日本建物が開発及び保有する物件を取得するなど取得機会を増大し、資産拡大につなげるものとする。
