プロスペクト・レジデンシャル投資法人が第1期（平成18年1月期）決算を発表した。第1期決算は上場日からの204日間。上場時にレジデンス30棟取得後、5棟を取得し、第1期末の資産残高は取得額ベースで51,882百万円。1口当たり分配金は上場時の予想を上回り5,924円となった。第2期（平成18年7月期）より通常の半年決算となる。7棟の新規取得が予定されており、40％の増益、1口当たり予想分配金は8,282円となる見通し。
