プロスペクト・レジデンシャル投資法人が保有するレジデンス2棟を売却することを発表した。同投資法人の物件売却は初めて。2棟うち、プロスペクト代々木は昨年7月上場時に、プロスペクト御茶ノ水は同年9月にそれぞれ取得したもの。物件売却益約2億円は第3期（平成19年1月期）に計上される。この売却に伴う業績予想は発表されていない。
