福岡リート投資法人（FRC）が、「マリノアシティ福岡（マリナサイド棟）」の建物を福岡地所及びその他1社に9月に売却する。 物件は、福岡市西区に位置する、大型商業施設「マリノアシティ福岡」。 FRCはマリナサイド棟を2015年に取得した。建物の老朽化に伴い、スポンサーである福岡地所が建替えを検討していることから、建物のみ売却する。売却額は7.83億円。なお、土地は引き続きFRCが保有し、福岡地所と32年7ヶ月間の普通借地契約を締結する。 本売却に伴う業績予想の修正はなし。
