福岡リート投資法人（FRC）が、福岡アイランドシティの底地を2029年に取得することを発表した。 取得する底地は、博多湾の人口島であるアイランドシティのみなとづくりエリアに位置する。福岡市の分譲公募に際し、将来の物流施設開発を目的に、スポンサーである福岡地所と共同で申込み、決定した。FRCが約95.05％（敷地面積約39,000平米）を2029年に取得する予定。取得額は80.82億円。取得後は福岡地所に賃貸し、開発中は固定賃料、竣工後は変動賃料を受領する仕組み。
