福岡リート投資法人が、第33期（2021年2月期）決算を発表した。 第33期における物件取得はなし。コロナ禍を要因とする賃料減免額が、前期の259百万円に対し当期は84百万円に縮小した。前期に取得した3物件の通期稼働、商業施設の売上げ回復に伴う歩合賃料増加により、前期比3.4％増益となり、1口当たり分配金は3,361円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは31物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,019億円、有利子負債比率は41.3％。 第34期（2021年8月期）は、「天神西通りビジネスセンター」の底地を取得し、「キャナルシティ博多」の一部である「グランドハイアット福岡」を売却する。売却する物件の賃貸収益が減少するが、新規物件の収益寄与、物件売却益95百万円により、前期比4.2％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,500円となる見通し。 第35期（2022年2月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなる一方、新規物件の通期稼働、賃貸事業費用の減少により、当期利益は前期予想と同水準を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,500円となる見通し。
