福岡リート投資法人が、第32期（2020年8月期）決算を発表した。 第32期は、「東比恵ビジネスセンターⅢ」等、3物件を取得。これによる収益が寄与するが、コロナ禍を要因として、ポートフォリオの58％を占める商業施設の賃料減免、支払猶予、売上歩合賃料の減少等により、前期比10.8％減益となり、1口当たり分配金は3,250円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは31物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,019億円、有利子負債比率は41.4％。 第33期（2021年2月期）は、キャナルシティ博多のラオックス閉店による空室が発生するが、国内来場客の回復による商業施設の売上げ増加や、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期比1.6％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,300円となる見通し。 第34期（2021年8月期）は、ラオックスの跡区画にニトリが開店予定。引き続き商業施設の売上げ増加を想定し、前期予想比6.1％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,500円となる見通し。
