福岡リート投資法人が、第29期（2019年2月期）決算を発表した。 第29期は「ティサージホテル那覇」を取得。これによる賃貸収益やキャナルシティ博多の歩合賃料が寄与し、前期比2.6％増益、1口当たり分配金は3,687円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは29物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,959億円、有利子負債比率は39.7％。 第30期（2019年8月期）は、ティサージホテル那覇の通期稼働や、オフィスビルの増収が寄与する一方、キャナルシティ博多の歩合賃料の減少や固都税の増加により、前期比0.2％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,680円となる見通し。 第31期（2020年2月期）は、木の葉モール橋本のテナント入替えによる空室期間を想定する一方、キャナルシティ博多の歩合賃料が寄与し、前期予想比0.5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,700円となる見通し。 なお、3月に運用方針の変更を発表した。市場環境に対応し、商業施設以外の用途割合を増加する。商業施設を60％～80％→40%～70％へ低下する一方、オフィスビルを20％～40％→20％～50％、その他の用途を0％～20％→0％～30％へ増加する。
