福岡リート投資法人が、第28期（2018年8月期）決算を発表した。 第28期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「木の葉モール橋本」「東比恵ビジネスセンターⅡ」を取得。これにより前期比9％増益。投資口数が6.6％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は3,593円と前期を2.3％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは28物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,931億円、有利子負債比率は39.1％。 第29期（2019年2月期）は、木の葉モール橋本の売上げ減に伴う減収を見込む一方、水光熱費や修繕費の減少により、前期比0.2％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,600円となる見通し。 第30期（2019年8月期）は、オフィスビルの賃料増や修繕費の減少を見込む一方、固都税や水光熱費の増加により、前期予想比1.4％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,550円となる見通し。
