福岡リート投資法人が、第27期（平成30年2月期）決算を発表した。 第27期における物件取得はなし。前期に取得した「ロジシティ久山」の通期稼働や、キャナルシティ博多のホテルの売上げ増加等による収益増加が貢献し、前期比2.6％増益、1口当たり分配金は3,512円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは26物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,780億円、有利子負債比率は38.9％。 第28期（平成30年8月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い「木の葉モール橋本」と「東比恵ビジネスセンターⅡ」を取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与し、前期比8.3％増益を見込む。投資口数が6.6％増加するも、1口分配金は3,570円と1.7％上回る見通し。 第29期（平成31年2月期）は、営業利益ベースでは前期予想比0.3％減益を見込むが、支払利息等の減少により当期純利益は前期予想と同水準を想定し、1口当たり分配金は3,570円となる見通し。 なお、第28期及び第29期末の有利子負債比率は39.1％となる見通し。
