福岡リート投資法人（FRC）が、物流施設を裏付資産とする合同会社の匿名組合出資持分を取得する。対象資産は、福岡中心部より北東へ15キロに位置する、平成27年竣工、3階建の物流施設。9月末のテナントは1社、稼働率は100％。鑑定価格は51.53億円。 FRCは匿名組合出資総額の約7.4％を取得し、残り92.6％はスポンサーである福岡地所が取得する。 併せて、FRCは平成29年11月末を行使期限とする本物件の優先交渉権を取得する。
