福岡リート投資法人が、第24期（平成28年8月期）決算を発表した。 第24期における新たな物件取得はなし。9月に売却した「イオン原ショッピングセンター」の減損損失1,660百万円計上により、前期比64.8％減益となるが、税会不一致に伴い一時差異等調整引当金1,660百万円計上により、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,479円となり、前期を2.6％下回った。 期末のポートフォリオは27物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,797億円、有利子負債比率は40.1％。 第25期（平成29年2月期）は「スポーツクラブNASパークプレイス大分」を取得する一方、「イオン原ショッピングセンター」「Aqualia警固」を売却。Aqualia警固の物件売却益1,655百万円計上により前期比339％増益を見込むが、前期の一時差異等調整引当金の戻し入れに伴い、1口当たり分配金は3,300円となる見通し。 続く第26期（平成29年8月期）は、前期の売却益の反動減や売却した物件の賃貸収益減少により前期比40％減益を見込む。1口当たり分配金は3,300円と前期と変わらない見通し。なお、有利子負債比率は第25期末38.0％、第26期末37.7%を見込む。
