福岡リート投資法人が第21期（平成27年2月期）決算を発表した。第21期は、福岡市中央区のレジデンスを取得。これにより前期比4.8％増益、1口当たり分配金は3,435円となった。期末のポートフォリオは25棟、資産規模（取得額計）は1,657億円、有利子負債比率は42.3％。また投資口の追加発行を発表した。発行口数は57,000口。これにより発行後の投資口数は8.3％増の747,000口となる。調達額は約121億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金及び借入金の返済に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、福岡市西区の姪浜エリアに福岡地所が開発した商業施設「マリノアシティ福岡」の一部（マリナサイド棟）。取得額は52.5億円。これにより第22期（平成27年8月期）は、マリノアシティ福岡に加え、3月に取得した「ロジポートアイランドシティ博多」の収益が寄与し、前期比8.8％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は3,450円と前期を0.4％上回る見通し。続く第23期（平成28年2月期）1口当たり分配金は3,460円となる見通し。なお有利子負債比率は、第22期末40.1％、第23期末39.9％の見込み。
