福岡リート投資法人が第19期（平成26年2月期）決算を発表した。第19期における物件取得はなし。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働等により増収となったが、減価償却費及び修繕費の増加等により、前期比1.4%減益、1口当たり分配金は16,219円となった。第20期（平成26年8月期）は、3月に鳥栖ロジスティクスセンターを取得。パークプレイス大分の増床に伴い増収を見込むが、管理費や水光熱費の増加等により、前期比0.7%減益、投資口5分割により1口当たり分配金は3,220円（分割前16,100円）となる見通し。続く第21期（平成27年2月期）は、オフィスビルの収益増加を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,240円（分割前16,200円）となる見通し。
