福岡リート投資法人が第18期（平成25年8月期）決算を発表した。第18期は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、3棟を取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与し、前期比13%増益、投資口数が12%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は16,458円と前期比1%増となった。第19期（平成26年2月期）は、パークプレイス大分のリニューアルに伴う除却損等により前期比1.6%減益、1口当たり分配金は16,200円となる見通し。パークプレイス大分の増床等による増益を見込む一方、営業費用の増加により、前期予想比1.2%減益、1口当たり分配金は16,000円となる見通し。
