福岡リート投資法人が第17期（平成25年2月期）決算を発表した。第17期は天神西通りセンタービルを取得。キャナルシティ博多リニューアルによる増収が寄与し、前期比0.6%増益、1口当たり分配金は16,289円となった。第18期（平成25年8月期）は期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、3棟を取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与し11%増益となるが、投資口数12%増加により1口当たり分配金は16,200円となる見通し。続く第19期（平成26年2月期）1口当たり分配金も16,200円となる見通し。
