福岡リート投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は14,950口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は12%増の138,000口となる。調達資金は92.5億円を見込み、併せて取得を発表した2棟の取得資金、借入金の返済に充当する。取得する2棟は福岡市中央区のレジデンスと大分市のビジネスホテル。2棟の取得額は計43.3億円。これらに伴い第18期（平成25年8月期）業績予想を修正。2月1日に取得した天神西通りセンタービル及び上記2棟取得により従来予想比12%増益、投資口が12%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は16,200円と従来予想に変動なし。なお、第18期末における有利子負債比率は42.9%となる見通し。
